Digital products on Sharekkna Online are available in two categories:

Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available when your payment is authorized. It may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

Made-to-order downloads: These are digital products that Sharekkna Online will make to your demand after you buy them. Sharekkna Online will send your files to you once they have finished them.

I can’t find my download notification email (Article 2024)

Check the spam or junk in your email.

If you use Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transactions@sharekknaonline.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital product? (Article 2025)

The delivery window for made-to-order digital products will vary depending on the order. Please coordinate with the team through the Sharekkna Online email to establish the completion time for your order.

Once we finish your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.

I’m having trouble downloading my files. (Article 2026)

If nothing happens when you click the download links, there may be a problem with your web browser. Please turn off any add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states the file has been corrupted, delete it and try downloading it again. If you still need help opening the file, please email the Sharekkna Online team for further assistance.
