How to Play

1. Print the road pages on A4 paper.
2. Cut out the road sections if needed.
3. Place the pieces on the floor or a large table.
4. Connect the roads together like a puzzle to create your own road network.
5. Choose your mini cars, trucks, or other small vehicles.
6. Children move the cars by hand along the roads.
7. Take the road apart, change the pieces, and build a completely different map!

No single road layout is correct. The child decides where the road goes.

Road Rules: Print the road rules cards and use them

To make the game even more fun, children can follow these simple rules:

• Cars must stay on the road while driving.
• Follow the road’s direction and curves.
• Slow down when reaching an intersection.
• Take turns when two cars reach the same crossing.
• Drive carefully around the roundabout.
• Cars should not crash into each other.
• Players can create their own destinations such as home, school, the supermarket, the park or the garage.
• When the road journey is finished, rebuild the map and create a new adventure!

You can also invent your own traffic rules as you play.
